Initial Contact

Site Meeting
We meet onsite to assess the space, talk through ideas in detail and provide guidance and recommendations. This ensures we fully understand the scope and any site specific considerations.
Estimate
You'll receive a high-level cost estimate based on the initial scope. This helps you gauge feasibility and make informed decisions before committing to detailed pricing.
Quotation
A detailed, fixed-price quotation is prepared outlining labour, materials, and timelines. This gives you full clarity on costs before proceeding.
Contract
We formalise the agreement with a clear contract covering scope, pricing, timelines, and terms. This protects both parties and sets expectations from the outset.
Construction
Work begins with a structured and well-managed approach. We coordinate all trades, maintain clear communication, and ensure quality workmanship throughout the build.
Handover & Support
On completion we walk you through the finished project to ensure everything meets expectations. Ongoing support is available for any questions or minor adjustments post handover.
