Villa Relocation & Extension

An existing Auckland villa was relocated onto a blank section before undergoing a full refurbishment and extension. The project included a new living and kitchen extension, concrete swimming pool and new joinery. The new construction was carefully integrated in with the existing villa.

1900'S Bungalow Alteration

An extensive internal alteration of an early 1900's bungalow, including structural floor framing work, 2 new bathrooms, timber sash window joinery and hight quality lighting and tiling finishes.
With the clients remaining in the home during construction, the project required careful coordination and practical problem solving around the existing structure and previous building works.

A kitchen and living renovation involving framing alterations and a new butlers pantry, with Bracey Builders coordinating the specialist trades and construction from start to finish.
This project included roofing and skylights, electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling and floor sanding.

From tender through to completion, Dylan remains directly involved in the build. We work closely with homeowners, architects, engineers and specialist trades to identify issues early, communicate clearly and find practical solutions while maintaining the intent of the project.
